MUSSELS With PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
DIR: Cook mussels in own juice approx 4 min until open. Drain and reserve liquid. (Peel and seed tomatoes if desired.) Sauté garlic, add chopped tomatoes, pepper flakes, mussel liquid, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min. Add cream, Add mussels, stir in basil. Serve over linguine
