LOBSTER BAKE STOVETOP
INGREDIENTS:
Large 12-16 in roasting pan
DIR: Prepare mussels. Parboil onions and potatoes. Place 1 inch layer seaweed in roasting pan. Arrange Lobsters. Place corn and onions between lobsters and sides of pan. Layer more seaweed. Add mussels and potatoes, gently. Cover with remaining seaweed. Add water to pan. Cover tight with lid or foil.
Place on Stove or preheated grill to cook. (If using grill, make sure coals are very hot.) Start timing the bake when you first see steam. Cook covered 15 min.
