FISH STEW
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS Cut fish into large pieces. Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Add tomato, broth, sherry, lemon and seasonings. (All but fish, shrimp, clams and Parmesan cheese.) Simmer uncovered 30 min. Add fish, shrimp and clams. Simmer 20 min. or until clams open. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with French bread. 4-6 servings.
